I am a Dedicated Inclusive Leadership and Education Specialist Providing Training, Workshops, and More
My approach integrates research-based strategies with real-world applications to cultivate environments where respect, belonging, and equitable opportunity are not just ideals—but lived experiences.

I am committed to fostering environments where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.
With a strong background in race, sports, politics, DEIB initiatives, and higher education, I bring both academic expertise and practical experience to the table. My passion lies in driving meaningful change within organizations by championing diversity and inclusivity at every level.
With years of experience in academia and leadership roles, I have worked closely with institutions to create equitable learning environments, guide faculty on inclusive teaching methodologies, and support students from diverse backgrounds.
My research focuses on the intersection of international politics, race relations, human rights, and sports. I explore how sports serve as a catalyst for political and social change while analyzing the persistent racial constructs that shape professional and amateur sports.
By investigating historical and contemporary issues, I seek to uncover the ways in which systemic inequities manifest in athletic institutions and beyond. My goal is to contribute meaningful insights that inform policy decisions, influence cultural perceptions, and advance equity-driven solutions in both the sports industry and society at large.

The Power of Sports in Social Change
My doctoral research examined how sports intersect with race and politics, focusing on how athletes have used their platforms to challenge oppression, drive social movements, and influence policy. This work highlights the lasting power of sports as a force for resistance and reform.
